Product Description
The slats are made of aluminum alloy and can be filled with high-density polyurethane insulation material to provide insulation, heat insulation and sound insulation. The Guide Rail System
Sub- rail: It is aluminum and formed into a double-layer cavity with a right angle of 90 degrees. There are several lacing bars inside to increase the strength. The outer side has a positioning point and a connecting groove connected with the track.
The sub- rail can be fitted on all wall surfaces, Whether it is a a straight wall or a cultural stone wall, it can be installed vertically. The punching position is in the middle of the sub-rail, which avoid the damage to the track due to the tensile force when the curtain is running. When the ordinary guide rail is installed, the expansion is offset, the strength is poor, the tensile force is poor, it is not vertical, it is easy to loose and be damaged.
Main rail: aluminum alloy is used as raw material, and it is formed into double-layer "T" shape. There are multiple lacing bars inside to increase the strength. The outer side has a fixed connection with the sub- rail , no expansion hole can be seen.
When the track is installed, it can be directly connected with the sub rail, and it is not necessary to expand the connection with the wall . It is very convenient to achieve quick installation.
The main rail are fixedly connected to the outer side of the sub-track , which ensure that the track never shifts.
At the same time, the design of the track for widening and lengthening makes it suitable for various rolling shutters. The more extension of the curtain in the track. the better performance in wind resistance . The inside of the rail is designed with double brush seals, which effectively reduces the noise and improves the sealing effect. The outer side of the rail opening is a strip design that effectively blocks air circulation and improves sealing.
